Default: 6 minutes · Adjustable 0 – 15 minYour session is automatically saved in Apple Health as a Mindful Session. No extra steps needed.
Every completed session is logged automatically as a Mindful Session in Apple Health.
Set each phase to exactly the length your practice needs — from a quick reset to a deep session.
Choose a background color for each phase from a curated palette designed for low-light use.
Optionally dim the screen when a session starts and restore it automatically when done.
Pause at any time. The timer only counts active meditation time and picks up right where you left off.
The display stays awake during a session so you are never interrupted mid-practice.
Transcend does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Your practice is yours alone.
Completed sessions are saved directly to Apple Health on your device. This data is governed entirely by your Health privacy settings and never leaves your device without your explicit permission. Transcend only writes mindfulness session records — it never reads your Health data.
Your preferences (session durations and phase colors) are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. Nothing is sent to external servers.
This app contains no analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no network requests.
